There is a nice sized landscaped garden to the rear complete with garden furniture decking and low maintenance astro turf.

A residence car park to the rear of the property can be used without a permit for parking a vehicle. The garden has hard standing large enough to take a motor bike. A brick built shed to the front of the property can securely store bikes.
