One room available for rent on ground floor in a 5 person house with 4 current tenants. We are all Engineering Students at Loughborough University in our third years and all four of us will be doing our Masters next year. Conveniently located 3 minutes walk from the library and 5 minute bycicle ride from Wolfson, ACME or STEM Lab, this is the perfect location for any engineering student. We value cleaniless and organization above anything and strive to keep the mixed social spaces to a high degree of cleaniless. Multi Nationality household with 3 languages spoken, English, Spanish and German. Looking for a flatmate to join us for the next academic year who is as invested as us in keeping the house in order and clean and focused on his studies.
