This is a traditional terrace house in a good location near the town center with a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, a live-out landlord & flexible contract. Limited street parking is avaiable via a permit from the council.

Overall, I am renting to 4 people as a complete house on a years contract. The house suits longer term post grads or professional persons who want to live and work in and around Loughborough (not ideal for Leicester, Derby or Nottingham).
