The room
A spacious double bedroom (3 x 4 meters) neutrally decorated with an oak double bed, high quality mattress (2000 pocket sprung), double wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, office chair, bedside table and mirror.

The housemates
The housemates are friendly, considerate and clean. One is a 1st year PhD student and one is a Loughborough graduate working in the elite sports sector.

I'm looking for a tidy and friendly female housemate who is either a mature student or a professional and will fit in with the current household. How long are you looking to stay?) The current housemates will make the final decision about who moves in.
