Small Double bedroom available Mon - Fri (preferably but flexible) in Lutterworth. Looking for 3 months with possible extension if works well.

The room has hanging rail, cupboard and storage under the bed.

The house is situated in a quiet part of the town in a short walk to the town centre. Very easy access to M1 etc

We are looking for someone clean and tidy who is happy being part of a laid back/ professional household.

The house has been recently renovated with a new kitchen, there are a few DIY projects still going on but nothing that will cause inconvenience. I do have a cocker spaniel dog as well who can sometimes be grumpy and growl so I would not be looking for someone nervous around dogs. We have another cavapoo dog as well so cannot have another dog in the house. The house currently only has one bathroom between the three bedrooms. But large living area downstairs.
