I currently own 4 House Shares on Lathkill St and have managed them as house shares for the last 13 years. Tenants in my house shares are often new to the area and are made to feel most welcome by existing tenants. Many of my current tenants have been with me for a number of years.

The houses are fully furnished and benefit from a modern kitchen, a friendly lounge, downstairs WC and a family bathroom, garden, garage and a parking space. A washer, Unlimited broadband, a cleaner and a gardener are provided to make the home a more comfortable place to live.
