I am currently living in London and working on a contract which should end August at the very earliest. (but it could last a year) I am looking to rent out the double bedroom in my house to the right person. This will be a great deal as the person will have the whole place to themselves for most of the time as I am down here. There is a spare room and visitors are welcome, I thought it would especially suit someone who has their child to stay over.
I am happy to cover the Bills with the exception of gas/electric but I will go half on these to make it fair. To be honest you don't need to heat it that much in Spring Summer anyway. I haven't done pics coz I am a dinosaur. The house is a spacious end terrace with nice neighbours and a nice garden. If I should move back in Autumn we could continue to be flatmates if that suits us both.
