Small double/single room with private bathroom

Hi, my name is Helen. Due to my current flatmate moving out I have a room to let in my 2 bedroom apartment that I rent. The apartment is ideally located in a quiet residential area just a 2 minute walk from the train station and a 10 minute walk from town. The room is a small double or single room (approx 2.70m X 2.10 m). The room comes unfurnished however my current flat mate is leaving behind the fitted blind and will also leave the single bed for a cash offer. Although the room is not en-suite, as my room is en-suite you will have private use of the main bathroom. In addition to the room, you will also have full use of the kitchen which is fully equipped including a washer/dryer and dish washer. You are also entitled to use any utensils/pots/pans/dishes etc. The living room is also shared which is modern yet cosy and has a lovely Juliet balcony which overlooks a nice green park area so is perfect in summer. If you have a car there is also a private car park where you can have a dedicated space.

In terms of who I am looking to share with, I would like a female aged 21-30 who is clean, tidy and respectful. I like to keep the place nice and as I work Monday-Friday 9am-5:30 and go to the gym before work I ideally like someone who is able to keep noise to a minimum after 10:30pm. I am chatty and friendly and would like someone who I can also class as a friend as well as a flat mate and maybe even share a bottle of wine with!
