There is also an office which can be used during the day and a shared kitchen / diner with utility, living room all appliances etc.. The cost includes all bills and high speed broadband.
Its a friendly and laid back household, not overly worried about age or sex, but you need to be friendly, easy going and happy to tidy up after yourself! We are both into fitness, although you don't have to be!
