Hi,
Available 22nd March.
I have a cosy double room with your own bathroom to rent in a lovely modern house.
You will be living with one other female housemate who is lovely and myself but I am only around approximately once a month.
The room itself has a double bed, a bedside table, a double wardrobe, and your own bathroom with a large shower and bath, sink and toilet. It has been kept very clean and tidy.
The house has a shared lounge area, kitchen and dining room with French doors that open out onto the garden that gets the sun from 12 noon til sun set! It’s great for bbqs!
Included in your £475 is council tax, water, gas, electric, tv license and internet.
It also has a parking space on the driveway at the front of the house.
The house is a 5 minute walk from Narborough train station and you can also walk to the Santander at Carlton park. It is also close to Fosse Park and easy to get to the motor way.
Please get in touch for more information. Females only.
Thanks
Katie :)
