The price included all the bills and wifi, I am easy going person, my children have moved away so living alone, and have no pets and looking for someone who is quiet and easy going but preferablly want someone who is vegi or someone who eats sea food and chicken but open to non veg. Don't have too many rules just that the place is kept tidy. The property is close to A6 easy access to motorway, and walking distant to bars, cafe, asda, waitrose and M&S. One bus to get to city centre and train station.
