Double Room in Shepshed, not far from University

Housemate wanted for a double room in Shepshed. House has been recently refurbished with new bathroom and boiler.

Great quiet location on the doorstep of the countryside with lots of trails for walking, running, cycling etc. 10 minute drive from Loughborough Uni and Town Centre, and a 5 minute drive to get onto the M1 for easy access to Leicester, Nottingham or further afield. Bus stop is also 30 seconds walk away for links into Loughborough. There's a car parking space and garage if you do have a car.

Must be ok with dogs as i have a border collie. He is very friendly and well behaved, and can be trained to stay out of your room if you like - but there wont really be any avoiding him otherwise.

I work at the Uni myself and enjoy a fair range of sports but also film, TV, music and going out.

Room will come furnished unless you have your own things in which case I can move furnishings out.
