The large double bedroom available is situated on the second floor at the rear of the property and overlooks the garden. The bedroom is unfurnished.

My current joint tenancy is coming to an end, and I am looking for someone to join me. I am a nurse who works night shifts, am very sociable, laid back and respectful, and would love to have a more sociable living experience. The other permanent resident of the property is a cat called Jeremy, who is very friendly and very cute.

Rent is £425 pcm not including bills. Bills would be arranged and shared 50/50.

There are many lovely pubs a short walk away, as well as supermarkets, post office, bus stops, cafes, restaurants, and beautiful countryside walks. The property is a short drive away from University of Nottingham Sutton Bonington Campus, and is a 15 minute drive from Loughborough town centre. The property is also close to East Midlands Airport and East Midlands Parkway.
