Double bedroom is furnished with 2 lots of bed linen (including duvet, pillows, sheets etc), 2 bed side tables, 2 bed side lights, curtains, a wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Family bathroom next to the bedroom would be solely yours, it has a shower over the bath, shaving socket and towels available.

This is my house and I live here so I am looking for a trustworthy, clean and reliable person to share my home with and to feel at home themselves.
I have a large living room, a good size and well equipped kitchen/diner for shared use.
The garden is south facing with garden table and chairs. The bills are all included, aside from food but can be negotiated.
Off road parking available.

Bus stop close by with routes to Hinckley, Fosse Park and Leicester.
Short drive to Fosse park and Hinckley, about 25 minutes drive into Leicester town, also close to M1 and M69.

Situated in the quiet village of Stoney Stanton, village has enough amenities (co-op, church, doctors, village hall, library, hairdressers, opticians, pub, takeaways etc). Rural area with lots of local walking routes.

May consider Monday-Friday rental and a smoker (outdoors only).

Reference available from existing tenant, and references will be sought for potential tenants from previous landlords and employers.
