I have a double room to rent in Wigston, Leicestershire.

The house is Victorian two bed mid-terrace, with private rear garden. The house has an open-plan lounge and dining room, kitchen and bathroom with shower and bath. The whole house has been recently re-carpeted.

It is a two bed house, I stay in the main room and am renting out my spare room. The room is furnished, with a bed, double wardrobe and chest of drawers as shown in the pictures of the bedroom. If tenant requires any additional room items e. g.. bedding/ small furnishings, I am willing to split costs.

The rent is £390 per calendar month. The rent includes electricity, gas, water, council tax and broadband.

Property is near to an Aldi, Sainsbusys, Petrol station, transport links and all amenities in Wigston town centre.

I am looking for a tenant who wants a home, who works, as I cannot accept housing benefits, someone who does not smoke, no pets, and no couples. Tenant must be a professional. Everything in the house will be shared, so someone who is respectful is most welcome.
