En suite in new built home ALL bills included

Hi, I'm posting the two spare rooms in my new built house located in a super beautiful and residential neighborhood. I am an academic working at the university while my family is living at London. So normally I only spent ~2nights a week in the house. For the double room, it is located on first floor, and you will need to share the bathroom with me (who is barely in). For the en suite, you will have the entire 2nd floor to yourself . Both rooms come with a king size bed and super comfy mattress. Also there are a fully equipped kitchen (fridge freezer oven dishwasher etc.), one additional toilet (ground floor), a huge garden and 2 off street parking spaces! You would barely notice my presence as I'm a super quiet person but I'll always be available for help. All bills (gas, electricity, water, TV and WIFI) are included. Boultham park is just around the corner with food stores and cafes around. A perfect and rare find if you are looking for a feeling of home. Viewing is highly recommended as I am really a bad photographer. :)
