We have a small double room to rent out in our lovely home in a quiet area of Gainsborough.
The room is all furnished and comes with a storage ,WiFi and all bills are included. The house is a new built. There is a drive way, a garden, an opened space living and dinning room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a bath and a shower. CCTV cameras are installed at the outside of the house for an extra security.
We are sharing with a friend who is in professional full time work. We are looking for a nice house mate who is in professional full time and someone who is tidy and respectful towards the house like their own.
There is only 2 of us and most of the time I am in Leeds working and living there and only come home once a month and as you can imagine you have plenty of space for yourself.
Small double room is only £405 with all bills included.
Monday -Friday also welcome at lower price
