We have 1 double room available now in an immaculate and recently fully renovated house (with gas CH and double glazing) close to town and the station (Huntingtower Road). This is a large very spacious double room on the first floor.

All of our rooms are decorated and furnished to an extremely high standard, including double bed and mattress, double wardrobe and set of drawers.

There is a large modern, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, appliances and plenty of space for storage. A utility area has a washing machine.

The house has two modern contemporary bathrooms and is modern and recently refurbished throughout. Upstairs bathroom has a walk in shower, sink and toilet. Downstairs bathroom has a bath and overhead shower, sink and toilet.

All costs are included in your rent so you don't need to worry about bills, council tax, internet and tv licence etc.

Our rooms are fully compliant with all the councils requirements with an emphasis on safety, giving you piece of mind that you'll be safe as well as comfortable in your new home.

The existing tenants are very friendly, clean and tidy.

There is a TV/living room (with supplied TV and two sofas), for you to relax in with housemates or friends along with a large patio area and garden. There is also a secure passageway to store a bicycle.
