These rooms are in a Victorian house near Grantham town centre.
The Town Centre is 5 minutes walk from the house. The Railway station is another 5 minutes away. There are fast trains to London (1 hour) and the North, with Nottingham only 31 minutes away.

Each room has its own private en-suite shower room / w. c and wash-basin. Some rooms also have a small kitchen with fridge or fridge- freezer, microwave cooker, electric kettle, full-sized sink and draining board, and kitchen cupboards. Additional cooking facilities can be made available by arrangement if required.

The rooms are very light and have good views. Double glazing is fitted throughout.

Each room is equipped with a bed , a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers .

Each room is only available for a single occupant.
Please note that this is a non-smoking house

There is plenty of on- street parking outside the house.

The room will be let on a six-month contract, which can be renewed on a longer term basis if required.

There is a washing machine and tumble dryer available in the house.

The rent includes Council Tax, water / sewerage rates, hot water, gas central heating, and access to the Internet.

The electricity used in the room is separately metered and is paid for by the tenant..
