A large double room in a large house in a quiet village. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers complete with flat screen TV and very clean and modern. I am a live in landlord and have my own kitchen and bathroom, there is another Kitchen and Bathroom for your use. The house is 5 minutes from the local train station and only 10 minutes drive to Sleaford. (Far enough away from civilisation to enjoy the comforts of village life but not so far that you need your sat nav to get back to the main road!)

There is large gravel driveway to the front of the house for safe off street parking.

Broadband and bills are all included and a washer dryer is available in the kitchen.

I live in the property with my wife. Ideally we'd prefer to live with someone of a similar age, a non smoker and in full time work. I sometimes work from home, so appreciate a quiet house. Cleanliness and being respectful is an absolute must! A sense of humour is even more appreciated and would make the evenings even more enjoyable. The house is very spacious, enough if you just enjoy your own company but plenty of entertaining space if you like to share a glass or two.

PS We have two very friendly lovable dogs, if your not an animal person then this probably isn't the house for you!
