Double room, spacious house, easy going landlady

Hi,
I have a double room for rent in Holbeach, looking for an easy going person to live with. I have a 3 year old black lab puppy. I travel with work during the week and occasionally have a night away, I usually work from home 1 or 2 days a week.

Would be great if you like dogs and would be happy to help with feeding her if I'm late home from work on the odd occasion.

I have recently put a new kitchen in the property and slowly redecorating throughout. The room will have a bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and deskto be provided. Standard household bills and Internet provided within the £550 per month. Ample parking space. £150 deposit required with 1 months rent up front. Room available now.

Shared bathroom fitted with electric shower and bath. Shared washing machine and tumble drier, the kitchen has your own fridge, dishwasher etc. I would look to do a shared cleaning rota on the bathroom and kitchen, your turn one week my turn the next.

With less that 1 mins walk you are on the high street for the bus links, Co-op, gym, takeaways, hairdressers, park, dog park and Tescos is a few minutes walk away.
