All inclusive of bills at £325.00 a month, including a cleaner every other week (although the new resident is expected to keep the house clean and tidy, particularly the communal areas).
A £300.00 deposit will be required and fully refunded upon departure if the property remains at the same standard that it was found in.
The room has a small double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table, television and lamp, and the rest of the property is equipped with furniture, washing machine, and crockery etc.
There is a small garden patio area outside with an outdoor table and chairs.
There isn't any dedicated parking but on street parking is close by.
The other resident is me. I own the house and I work full time.
The room is on a rolling monthly contract and I would expect a month's notice before departure (unless a prior agreement is made).
Guests are welcome but as it's my home I'd like a bit of warning if the resident intends to invite a friend over.
If a couple is applying then the monthly rent would be £375.00.
Working residents preferred.
