I am looking for a reliable and trustworthy female or male house mate.

Double Room available that includes another room. The property consists of 2 bedroom, 1 living, 1 dining. With my existing housemate/lodger we have an arrangement for 1 bed and 1 room each, so the same will be available for the new lodger. This is three story building (on the Lindum hill) 5min walk from town centre, local shops and supermarkets close by. The lincoln arboretum is within walking distance. University of Lincoln is within 22min distance walk away. I’m ideally looking for a long term female/male house mate, for a minimum of 3-6 months. Someone who is mindful of cleanliness, tidy and not heavily noisy. I am a 26 year old female, currently studying full time. I am fun, friendly, easy going, and reliable. I just would like an easy going quiet individual to live with. I respect personal space and personal belongings. I would prefer someone who is mindful, as I need a peaceful, chilled and quiet environment to study in. I’d describe the home atmosphere as very chilled, quiet, fun and safe. I like to take care of my friends and help out where I can. Parking space by city of lincoln council is available, I believe it’s a small fee for annual permits. However, if you don’t want to pay annually, I can give you a permit as and when, for £. Rear courtyard with padlocked shed available to all occupants. Shared bathroom with shower. Payments are due upfront* and will be due monthly on the 1st of every month (pcm).

1 month notice prior exit is required, so I can find a new replacement in good time.

The asking price is aligned with equal share of rent and bills. If there is an increase from standard usage, caused by new lodger or increase in payment by supplier, you will be informed and this will affect reoccurring payment due.
