A double room is now available in a private terrace house conveniently located on a prime street close to the University of Lincoln and Lincoln City Centre. Train and bus stops are minutes away. If you prefer walking the high street is only 1 min away and it will take 12 mins walk to the university. There are plenty of supermarkets, shops and restaurants etc with no more than 5 mins walking.

I am a live out landlord and I am looking for tenants who are clean students or working professionals to share with others.

All rooms are newly decorated and furnished. You will have your own lock and key for your room.

This is a spacious house with private garden and free on street parking. Also there is a shed for bike storage.

Large living room with sofa, dining table and chairs. In the kitchen there are washing machine, induction hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and more. There are 3 bathrooms in this property so maximum 2 people will share one.

The property is benefited with gas central heating. All bills are included (gas, water, electricity, super fast Virgin M200 broadband, council tax etc.)

Every room got it's own desk, chair, double bed (or king bed), mattress and wardrobe. We can discuss if you need anything more than that.
