Hiya! I’m looking for someone to take over my room of this 3 bed in West Lincoln for the rest of this academic year 24/25, due to a change in my own circumstances.

LOCATION
The property is located in the west of Lincoln, just opposite the mini Sainsbury’s on carholme road. Within 5 minutes of walking, you could be on campus or in the city centre!

DESCRIPTION
There is a homely feel to the house. The modern kitchen and bathroom have both been recently renovated and function amazingly. The room I’m advertising is upstairs, facing the road (it has a view of the cathedral!! haha). There’s lots of floor space, plenty of storage and a well-sized desk, perfect for your studies. It’s nice and quiet inside the house and the Brayford is right on your doorstep. It’s a short walk from the high street, from the university campus, and from the city’s beautiful West Common!

You’d be shading with just 2 other housemates. The rent for the room is £135 a week, which includes bills, WiFi and TV licences. You would only be responsible for future rent payments, not for the whole year’s rent.
