A cosy double room will be available in a terrace house conveniently located on a prime street close to the University of Lincoln and Lincoln City Centre. Train and bus stops are minutes away. If you prefer walking the high street is only 1 min away and it will take 12 mins to walk to the university. There are plenty of supermarkets, shops and restaurants etc. within a 5 mins walk.

I am currently looking for tenants who are working professionals or tidy students to share with others.

All rooms are newly decorated and furnished. You will have your own lock and key for your room.

This is a spacious house with a private garden and on-street parking. Also there is a shed for bike storage.

In the kitchen there is a washing machine, an induction hob, 2 fridge freezers, a microwave, a kettle and more.

The property has gas central heating. All bills are included (gas, water, electricity, super-fast Virgin broadband, council tax etc.)

Each room has its own desk, chair, double bed (or king bed), mattress and wardrobe. We can discuss it if you need anything more than that.
