I have a large double room available in a lovely house overlooking South Common, lovely views of the horses, grassland and the bomber command spire and the cathedral
It is a well furnished terrace house with a living room, garden, Washing Machine and tumble drier. All the bills including Wi-Fi, gas, electricity, broadband and TV.
Quiet Cul de sac location and only a mile from the town centre. No problems with parking, and no permit required.

The room is a large double with a large roof window that looks over Lincoln. There is a back garden to use.
The room itself is a large attic room with a super king bed free to add more furniture if you wish.
I have a cleaner once a week again for the communal areas (as Covid allows) , shower, living room etc keeps it all clean and tidy for everyone in the house to enjoy.
