City Centre, Professional House Share
Large, fully furnished, recently refurbished, 5 bed house share. Very close to city centre with Lincoln train station within 5 minutes walk.
There is a total of 4 large double rooms and one small single room. All rooms include a bed, mattress, wardrobe, desk and chest of drawers and optional extras. (The single room, though small, does have overhead storage).
There is sizeable shared bathroom with a bath and a separate shower. There is an extra toilet and 2 further sinks elsewhere on the premises.
A large kitchen and dining area are included as communal areas. In addition there is a nice patio/garden area that serves as a sun trap for summer BBQ's.
Ample on street parking is available. No permit is required.
Rental figure includes high speed broadband and TV package. Plus Gas/Water/Elec/Council Tax/TV Licence all included. All mod cons supplied including Washing Machine/Dryer/Dishwasher/Micro wave.
I consider myself a very amicable landlord that will always try to do his best to ensure tenants are happy and satisfied :-)
I am looking for well presented, reliable and preferably professional tenants that wish to live in the city centre.
