Double room to rent in new build house in Lincoln

Double room in a four-bed house on the edge of Lincoln/ North Hykeham, sharing with the owner, Tom (39). The room has a view out onto the river and as I've got an en suite, you'd have the bathroom pretty much to yourself. With two spare rooms, there's plenty of space, and parking is fine as there's room on the drive for another car, if you need it.

The kitchen has got the usual - oven, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. The garage is kitted out as a gym - dumbbells/ barbells/ rower - and you’d be welcome to make use of that

There’s a bus stop 2 mins away so you can be in the city centre in 15 mins; cycling is just as quick along the riverside cyclepath.

I'm fairly busy with work, and a week-day early bird so not around much during the week, although do enjoy the odd evening crashed on the sofa, however. I’m around a bit more in the weekends but even then I spend most of my time out and about.
