Looking to rent 1 double room

Hello,

My room mates and I are looking for a University student (preferably) to move into a spare bedroom room in our recently renovated house. The house is situated 15 minutes away from the University of Lincoln campus. There are brand new 32 inch samsung TV's in each room alongside a fully furbished bedroom with large wardrobes. The brand new kitchen is shared and backs onto a garden terrace with bicycle space. There are 2 bathrooms in the house one upstairs and one downstairs. The bedrooms come with a double bed as standard with 3 of them being upstairs and one larger room downstairs. Each bedroom comes with plenty of plug sockets with USB chargers in each port.
The rent is £95pppw and requires a deposit of £400 for a 12 month contract.
