Spacious, bright double room to rent in a modern, newly refurbished and decorated house in the uphill area of Lincoln.

There are 3 bedrooms in the house, but only 2 will be occupied. The house itself is 6 years old, very well insulated and warm.
There's a large living room, spacious kitchen, large bathroom upstairs and toilet downstairs. There's also a garden in the back and parking space next to the house. The house is fully furnished.

Monthly rent is £350, this includes unlimited broadband and TV. The other bills will be shared, but heating needs are minimal since the house is well insulated, and all lights and appliances are energy-saving - my bills per month have been close to nothing.

I am looking for someone who wants a nice home, rather than just a living space - would prefer a housemate who could become a potential friend, rather than just a person who I'd be bumping into in the living room. Your personality will be the key 🙂
