We have 1 large first-floor bedroom available in a recently renovated house in Lincoln. Located just a 12 minute walk from the university campus, and under 10 minutes from the high street and train station, this property is ideal for anyone studying at the university or working in the city.

The house has 3 bathrooms, a shared dining/living area and a kitchen. The room on offer comes with a bed, wardrobe, bed side table and desk + office chair.

Water, Gas, Electricity, TV License, Council Tax and Virgin Media 100mb Broadband are all included in the weekly price of £75pw (£325 per month). TV + freeview box included in lounge. Rent can be paid weekly or monthly.

We're pretty flexible and offering this room cheap due to a last minute change of tenancy.
