Room available in period home. Own bathroom

Bedroom

3 bedroom house. Just me and the cat here. Looking for some one (female preferred) between Sunday night to Thursday night only ideally. Full week stays will be available to the right person, get in touch and we can chat about it (£110 for 5 nights and £135 for 7 nights). No charge for any weeks that you aren’t here.

Shared living space with living room with log burner and kitchen. (The only rules I have are that the sofa is only used by me - there is a nice armchair for you to use though. Also quiet after 9pm but you’re welcome to carry on watching TV in your room of course). Smart 32” in your room is already fitted.

You’d have your own bathroom (not en-suite but it’s all yours to use). It’s got a roll top bath and separate shower.

Room is furnished with new mattress. Also has a chest of drawers, wardrobe and chair. Sash window overlooking peaceful garden.

There is a huge safe car park next door to the property. No parking included with the room (it’s free on street between 5pm-9am)

This is a quality home with quality fittings so this is only available to working professionals who are respectful and *clean*. As we would both share the home, cleaning duties need to be shared too (you’re responsible for your bathroom and bedroom).

I work a lot and I’m studying for a degree - I’m not a party person (too old now!) but I love a few glasses of wine or gin at the pub.
