Double room in a great home

Great size double room to rent out in a large house. The bedroom has a large wardrobe, double bed, bedside tables with lamps and drink making facilities. There is a lovely sitting room, which will be shared with the other tenant.
There is a large kitchen diner with a large gas cooker, fridge freezer and dish washer. The kitchen is stocked with plates, cutlery, pots and pans. Utility room with washer and dryer. The bathroom will be shared I have my own bathroom. The house has full Sky tv and broadband. Just bring your suitcase and bedding and move in, everything else is provided. I provide hand soap, toilet rolls and dishwasher tablets, for fair usage. The house is large enough so if you want to chat and have a drink that’s ok and if you want your own space that’s ok too. There is an adjoining annnex where my mum lives , but don’t worry she’s ok. except when playing poker as she is a shark. We enjoy a game of poker so if that interests you , great. I also have a pool table which makes for fun evenings too. We often have poker or pool weekends .
There is plenty of off road parking.
There is a large garden with seating at the rear and front of house. There is a fire pit and a bbq too.
We have a very friendly dog, a collie/ Labrador so you must like dogs. She is very excitable but calms down after a minute.
I am preferably looking for a person in full time employment, NO NIGHT SHIFTS. SINGLE OCCUPANCY. Must be tidy and clean up after themselves.
I do charge a small fee per night for people staying overnight.
