Beautiful, large room in characterful house

This large bedroom has been recently redecorated to a high standard and comes fully furnished with double bed, sofa, chest of drawers and large fitted wardrobe. The large bathroom, though separate, is mostly for the lodger’s use. The kitchen and dining room are shared. The lodger is welcome to use the beautiful garden, which includes a picnic table.
I would expect the lodger to be respectful of the property, clean, tidy and friendly! I am fully vaccinated against Covid and would require that from any lodger. I have DBS clearance as I do occasional voluntary work driving people to hospitals, medical centres, and such.
Though retired from education, as well as the voluntary driving mentioned above, I design and tend gardens, and work with a band.
