Fully furnished room within shared house

three bedroom semi-detached cottage style house. Large kitchen, lounge and second reception/dining room, utility and bathroom. Garden and patio.
There is broadband and TV points in all rooms except the kitchen, bathroom and utility.
Landlord pays the Council tax and water rates, tenants have gas and electric meters, also pay for the broadband, there is also a wood burning stove.
The garden is looked after by a gardener employed and paid for by the landlord.
Only someone who does not smoke n doors at all, works; as I do not accept DHSS, and absolutely no pets. and has references that can be followed up will be accepted.
If you would like a short term let then the terms will be adjusted.
