'Sanctuary 64' Seeks 2 Conscious New Housemates!

Ok, so my dream has materialised! I have always wanted my own 'Healing Sanctuary' Retreat Home, and at age 25- after lots of dreaming, determination and hard work, it has manifested. Now I'm seeking two housemates to join me on this magical adventure.

'About Sanctuary 64'

It's a family home with freedom. What was once a traditional living room is a 'Temple Room,' a space for meditation and yoga, movement and mantra, sound baths, music creation and ceremony. It's a chill space with a very pure, sacred and healing vibe; a living room without tvs where one can recharge spiritually. (Films/movie nights/ documentaries definitely can be arranged!)

We have a dining room with a ginormous open wall cupboard with some of the wildest herbs you can think of, from lucid dreaming and astral enhancing herbs to flavoursome culinary ones and medicinals (all natural and legal- Traditional Medicine style).

The kitchen is beautiful ( we also have a massive American fridge freezer which is prety cool), and the bathroom has a 'light up' power shower that has changing colour lights, very therapeutic.

'Sanctuary 64' has a garden which has decided to be called 'the Experimental Herb Garden' as we have a range of culinary and medicinal herbs growing, and small scale veg production so we can eat organic, home grown and healthy. There is a beautiful outdoor sitting area and space for summer garden parties, the conscious and fun type, and at the end of the garden is the 'Retreat Room,' the Guest room for the weekend courses and mini retreats that take place. The Retreat Room is a sacred space to receive Reiki Attunements & Teachings, hold Workshops, and a safe haven for when guests stay and book a course in the Spirituality/ Healing Arts fields. There is a mini private garden round the back where guests can sit and meditate or contemplate in nature in there own space, unseen from the rest of the house.

So in addition to the Temple Room for mediation/ sound baths/ ceremony/ yoga and movement medicine/ mantra and music/ spiritual recharge, the dining room with its fabulous medicinal & magical herb display, and the Retreat Room for guests, workshop, teachings and courses, we also have the 'Treatment Room,' a small therapy room upstairs next to the two bedrooms for holistic treatments, complimentary therapies and shamanic/ spiritual services. This room can be rented and used freely by Sanctuary residents for a small monetary contribution (just 10% of any income generated), hence 'Sanctuary 64' would be very suited to self employed professionals or holistic/ complimentary therapists.

(Available) Bedroom 1: The Master Bedroom: this is a large double, your own private and personal space. The price is just £470 p/m all inclusive.

*Conscious Couple may be welcome, rent £520 all Inclusive

(Available) Bedroom 2: The Middle Bedroom: this is a large single, your own private and personal space. The price is just £410 p/m all inclusive.

Monthly Rent price is Inclusive of all Bills, Internet and Council Tax. There are NO hidden costs or extra charges!

Requirements for 'Sanctuary 64' Residents:

Ideally, you are a self- employed professional or in full time employment (or part time if you prefer simplistic living). Due to the location, if vacating from London, this home is suited to successful and established professional writers, artists, workshop facilitators, retreat leaders, therapists or coaches (or the like) i. e. if you are one of the lucky ones who is earning a living through your passion or calling!

There is no discriminaion in what you do, so long as you feel energetically aligned to 'Sanctuary 64,' for example if you are moving from London and have found employment in Spalding or surrounding areas and feel called to this house, then you would be welcome, or of course if you already live in Spalding you are equally welcome!

What I expect from you:

What I expect from you is to feel at home, enjoy the space, use 'Sanctuary 64' to your full advantage, and have fun! I think to really fit into the energy of this house you will have some sort of spiritual practice, be vegetarian or vegan, love nature, the holistic fields, poetry, music and dancing, and be able to get 'high on life' without the need for substance or alcohol (beings who practice ancient techniques for mind mastery very welcome!- although this is not a requirement). Having fun soberly and respecting spirit would do just fine. The only rule per se is that it is no smoking house- the garden welcomes you and sage, palo santo, incense are welcome Inside.

Although I don't discriminate in profession or what you do for a living, I am hoping to see people who will really appreciate and utlilize the energy of 'Sanctuary 64' join me, housemates who are therapists or healers, appreciate herbal medicine, will use the garden to grow their own veg, and wish to use the Retreat Room for courses and clients. I will be holding mini Seasonal Retreats so event facilitators/ retreat leaders/ spiritual & holistic beings experienced in this field would be very welcome. Please know in advance that if your room is required for guests during a Retreat, your rent would of course be discounted, or we will come to an agreement/ exchange fair to yourself and in alignment with the time/days you would be sharing a room with myself and other residents to make space for guests. Your personal room/ space will always be respected however you will be asked to compromise with a fair offering for when I require your room sporadically- it is a Retreat Home!

Location:

'Sanctuary 64' is a family home in the Lincolnshire countryside. It is situated in a small town called Spalding, about 2 hours from London via train or car and about 3 hours via National Express. You can get a return coach (if booked in advance) to London for just £10-20. Trains to the neareast city- Peterborough- are about 35mins and there are regular trains into London from here. I will be travelling to London for work commitments from time to time so drivers who commute to London would receive some extra benefits living with me (we can discuss personal exchange):)

About your new Town (if relocating):

'Sleepy Spalding' is what my mother calls it, because, well, there's not much to do here! You have your normal societal shops, a trainstation to get to London and other cities, and a fantastic Market with great quality fruit and veg, but apart from that its quite a quiet town. Most of the excitement will come from within 'Sanctuary 64' due to the nature of the retreat home. There is a wonderful river 5 minutes from our home where I spent a lot of my childhood visiting for many inspiring, enlightening and peaceful walks, so its a great location if your a nature lover seeking peace and quiet, or if you're a writer.

I believe Cleanliness is Godliness and I grew up with a mother with OCD so although I'm not a 'freak' per se I do pay attention to detail and like a clean, tidy and energetically cleansed home, so please do not get in touch if you know you truly can't stick to this! I like clean and tidy but I also dont like drama.

ABOUT ME (Grace Gabriella Puskas):

I'm a 25 young successful woman who can happily say has 'found her calling.' I am a published author, writer and poet, frequently writing for MBS magazines on both a national and international level, and a real lover of life! I love nature, dancing, socializing with close friends, talking about the universe... I have a passion for herbs, crystals, dreaming, and am really connected to my Shamanic roots. I've delved deep into shamanism and have completed many trainings & intitiations, so I do like to hold ceremony from time to time (you'll often hear me mentioning Lunar's Magic...). I also work part time as a professional florist in the horticulture sector, so you will find that we have a very beautiful and welcoming garden. You will find I am a very kind, caring and compassionate friend to have and I look after those I love.

In addition to working as a florist and my profession as a poet, author, writer and speaker (I do appear on local radio from time to time and I am blessed with some wonderful connections), I am a Reiki Master Teacher and holisic health practitioner/ complimentary therapist. I have diplomas in Herbalism and Crystal therapy with the School of Natural Health Sciences and I offer holistic sessions, reiki courses, teachings & atunements in the healing arts, shamanic ceremonies, moon circles, and will be beginning mini seasonal sancuary retreats in alignment with 'Sanctuary 64.' I'm also writing my second book which is rather exciting and studying Reflexology, Advanced Holistic Herbalism, Aromatherapy and Chi Kung in my spare time. I love learning and sharing wisdoms and love to cook for those I love or wind down watching a film or conscious documentary from time to time, yet I simultaneously love detaching from the 3D and you may often find me suggesting we practice how to send eachother telepahic mind messages and start an intensive fast for spiritual evolution- Im a Pisces!

We would start out with a 7 month trial period just to see if we're compatable and if we are then you would be welcome as a longer term resident, if you wish to stay. One months rent is required upfront and I do kindly ask to see some (informal or formal) proof of income before you move in for my own peace of mind and so I can be politely reassured you will be able to afford payments. The rooms will be available in either MAY or December 2017 however I will keep you updated for a precise dates.

Pets in cages/ aquariums/ vivariums in your room are welcome however we do have a cat called Beauty so no dogs or cats please.
