Single in multi- cultural home

Looking for the fourth and final member to our multi cultural home. I am a live in landlady yet we are all friends. There is a mixture of social and personal interests and hobbies, for example I am a free lance writer and study (a lot) so I often need my own space when at home. I also work form home and have paid clients i. e I need to meet deadlines. I love music, reading, literature, gardening... it is a very multi cultural house: Arthur is from Lithuania and Ali from Spain. Ali works full time as a vet and Arthur is currently looking into going into further education.

There is a bathroom, spacious kitchen, dining room/ living area, a garden and 3 bedrooms. I sleep in the smallest bedroom and use the summerhouse outside as an office/ study.

The house is clean, tidy, fully furnished with a sense of sophistication. The free bedroom is the middle one- a lovely sized single with garden view. The price of £85 per week is all inclusive of all bills, rent and council tax. We would have a weekly rent book and you would have a lodger agreement in writing for both our peace of mind.

The house is just round the corner from a beautiful river with lots of nature walks and is 5 mins from tescos and 10 from town and ascoughfee gardens. It is a really lovely neighborhood and I have a good relationship with my neighbors- thy often pass me over vegetables from their garden!

Sorry but no stoners, unemployed or disrespectful people. I have had people lie in the past and had some real dodgy characters. I believe in fully honesty, mutual respect, fairness and healthy communication. If you are studying or are in employment or have found your sense of purpose or calling and are looking for a friendly and open home then we would love to hear from you!

Strictly 6 month term contract with possibility of long term stay. Arthur, Ali and I have become like a small family therefore we want someone who will join us. this was once my family home and now my parents have moved to Spain there are lots of free rooms. I can assure you as your landlady I will always honor your private room and treat you with respect at all times. All I ask for in exchange is you pay rent on time and respect myself and other housemates equally.

Please know I also work at festivals over the summer period and hope to start to take increasing work trips to London. I therefore will not always be at home so mutual trust and respect is essential.
