I have two double bedrooms and a single room for rent in a lovely shared house in Stamford.
Double Rooms include double bed, wardrobe and the single room includes a single bed, drawers and storage under the bed.

Double room and single room will share a bathroom and the other bedroom comes with a private en suite.

kitchen is full equipped also provided is a washing machine, shared fridge and shared freezer.

All tenants will be required to put a month’s deposit in a government scheme and references will be required.
Looking for friendly, professional tenants that will look after the house and do their part in keeping the house to a good and clean standard. Professional cleaner cleans all communal areas every other week and is included in the price.

Double room with shared bathroom - £600 a month
Single room with shared bathroom - £500 a month
Double room with private en suite - £650 a month

All bills including fast wifi are included and parking is available to the rear of the property.
Council tax band is included in the price.
