I’m a relaxed and friendly professional who has lived in Stamford for 2 years. Over the last year I have shared my house with a female lodger who is now moving to a new location for work. My characterful Victorian terraced house with garden is in a nice quiet area, an easy 10 mins walk from the town centre and has non-permitted street parking. I have a spare double room with ottoman bed and closet storage. I’m happy for the room to be personalised. All furniture etc., bills and fast wifi included. Spare desk available in the snug and summer house for working at home. The house has two separate living areas (snug and living room, both with large screen TVs), bright kitchen with patio doors on to the garden and I’m happy for all rooms to be shared.
