The Garden House is situated close to Burghley Park and is just a few minutes stroll from the centre of historic Stamford. The house offers free WiFi, TV with Sky, Netflix and other streaming services, free parking, 20 en suite rooms, communal lounges, breakfast room, conservatory, games room, study centre, kitchens and beautiful walled gardens.

At weekends it is booked by groups however from Sunday evenings to Friday mornings is available during the week to rent out on a single room only basis. Up to 19 rooms can be rented out at any one time during the week.

It is provided on a self-catering basis with fully fitted kitchens. During the week there may be others renting a room in the house however it is also available on an exclusive basis for a large group.

We have guests that stay regularly including students, contractors, tourists and professionals.

We are dog friendly and offer free car parking and wifi
