Small double bedroom which looks out over the back garden, furnished with wardrobe and drawers. House is located on busy road. Currently no off street parking available outside the house however possible scope to rent a parking space off neighbours with potential parking outside the house in the future.
I have 4 cats who live mostly indoors due to the traffic so must be able to put up with them.
I have put no pets as my last renter dumped her cat on me when she left. I will consider any pets other than cats as my own will not tolerate anymore.
There is a good bus route outside the house into the city centre or up to RAF Waddington.
I work weekdays mostly with very early starts.
The house and garden are a work in progress and your rent will be contributing to this.
The rent is based on you keeping the room when you are not here although you will only need it Monday - Friday. I am also happy if you wish to stay intermittent weekends. If you wish to only use the room for the nights you are staying the rent is negotiable.
There is broadband and cable TV in the house which you will have full use of.
