£530 all-included en-suite double bedroom SE2

Hello everyone! :-)
I am subletting my lovely room on a short-term basis from January 2020. The room is a double bedroom with its own bathroom (full bathtub for those lovely baths!) And bills all included. However, the internet needs to be paid separately, which amounts for £4.50 a month.
The room is fully equipped with king size bed, built-in wardrobe and lots of books, extra storage under the bed and on open shelves and a mini fridge.
The area is Abbey Wood, so the room would suit someone who studies/works around Greenwich, Lewisham, Belvedere, Erith, Charlton, Depford, Blackheath...
Central London (Charing Cross, Waterloo, London Bridge, Blackfriars...) and the City (Cannon St, Bank) can be reached within 40 min by train.
There is a washing machine, a garage and a garden (which needs work) and my amazing housemates are all professionals.

As I know how expensive London can be (especially as a student) I am offering this room for just £530 all included. The deposit is just half of this price.

I am letting on a short term basis (January - end of March). However, there might be a possibility to extend the tenancy, if I need to be away for longer.
