The house is new (built in 2014) so is spacious, well-equipped, warm and looks good. The room is on the top floor at the front of the house, facing south. You will have the use of two bathrooms and a fully kitted out kitchen.

The garden, with part-decked area, is great for relaxing, socialising and barbeques. There is a secure side passage to keep a bike.

There is one free, off-road parking space available in front of the house for a car or motorbike.

The house has been recently redecorated and is being re-carpeted throughout.

The rent includes all bills including superfast broadband.

The location is brilliant – 5 mins walk from Abbey Wood station (Both Elizabeth line and over ground rail )and Sainsbury’s; 10 mins from Lidl and a range of other shops.

The house is owned and managed by a chartered surveyor who is responsive and keeps the house safe and in working order.
