I have a large double room with amazing views and plenty of storage in an easy going flat more for those wanting a quieter home life. Wanting short term renter from 1 to 6months.

Location wise I am 5-10min walk from Abbey Wood station, which has loads of trains to London Bridge and Cannon Street and Charing Cross.

There is a Sainsburys a 10min walk away and a Lidl that is 5min walk away.

The area is up and coming and going through lots of redevelopment, with good train links to central London. There is lots of green space and forests within a 15min walk, so is ideal if you are into walking and outdoors.

The flat is on the top 2 floors of a block with a nice big living room that gets lots of light with a kitchen that is also big by London standards which has a huge oven and range -if you are into cooking.

Facilities wise, there is, Washer Dryer, an XBOX one, large TV, 200mb Fibre Optic Broadband -Netflix, Now TV, Amazon TV.

Bills are all included: water/tax/electric/gas/service s

There are 2 chihuahuas that are great with people and love being fussed over.

We would be looking for another professional or mature / post grad student that works usual office hours and likes the quiet life, a fairly tidy space also someone that has lived with dogs before - or at least knows what to expect when living with them.
