Double Loft Room in Gorgeous House

Hey Everyone!

My best friend is leaving to go travelling for a year so her room is going to be available until end of Feb 2018! (Short Let) Please read full post before contacting.

The Room - Double Room, it is on its own floor, spiral stairs leading up to it. It has a view of Canary Wharf and it has huge built in wardrobe in the eaves with tons of storage space. Available for £625 a month, all bills included! From 28th Dec or 2nd Jan until end of Feb!

The House - We are very much a home not just a flatshare so do think of the whole house as being yours not just the Room.
We are located in Abbey Wood, in borough of Greenwich. 35 mins from Central London and 15 mins from Greenwich and City Airport. Tons of shops and places to go nearby all just a short walk away. It’s a quiet residential area which is very nice to get away from the concrete of London. We are zone 4.

You - We are looking for a female, available to move in from 28th Dec or 2nd Jan. Please be clean. Preferably a creative person but will accept anyone who is nice and enjoys a glass of vino in the evenings.

Us - Living with two guys. Me, I work in TV, and Tom, who is an actor. We are both V clean and give each other space when needed but also like to have dinner as a house too.
