The house is beautiful, modern, spacious and has lots of natural light. We are looking for three new housemates to sadly replace current ones who are embarking on new adventures.

The rooms are priced at £690 to £740/month including bills and 3 non-suite housemates share a nice bathroom. There is also an extra WC on the ground floor.

The number of images we can upload is limited but it's always best to come over and see for yourself. We are absolutely sure you will love the place as much as we do.

The house has a big lounge, kitchen and dining room, garden and a garage that's been turned into a gym. There is a residents’ parking scheme, which our old housemates used and never had trouble finding a spot.

It’s a perfect house if (heaven forbid) we would have to go into another lockdown: spacious house with lots of daylight + garden + home gym + housemates to keep you sane! ;)

The house is about 7 minutes from Acton Central overground. We have Sainsbury’s Local 2 mins away, Lidl, Iceland and "the Gym" 5min away and a big Morrisons about 7 mins away, and Acton Town Station is a 15 minutes walk (Piccadilly line 24 hours on weekends). Nice pubs close by, restaurants, parks, etc

Bills are included: gas, water, electricity, fibre broadband, council tax, cleaner, and every tv channel you could want (Sky, Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime).

The rooms can be furnished or unfurnished, depending on your preference.

We're all working professionals, easy going, chilled and tidy. We are quite independent and like to respect each other’s space, but we also love evening chats & occasional drinks together at home or at the pub, dinners, etc.

We are looking for a working professional, clean, tidy, fun and easy-going to join the crew!

We consider this to be our home, hopefully, you will too!

The rooms are available from the 10th of August. - that's our contract renewal date but there is a bit of wiggle room given the Covid situation.

Please note that the contract is for a minimum of 12 months and short term lets are not considered.
