Massive Room Sublet Needed £80 Deposit

I'm looking for the right person to sublet my room as I am moving back to NZ. It's a huge room with a double bed, a double wardrobe and dresser. The house is in a lovely residential area and has an amazing location being a 2 min walk to Acton Town Tube Station (Piccadilly and District lines), 20 minute walk to Kew Gardens and 5 min on the tube to Chiswick or 25 min into Central London!

You will have three very chill flatmates aged 23, 28, and 28 (two girls and a guy) who work in education/theatre. The house itself has a very spacious back garden which is great to have BBQ's in Summer, great living room and a kitchen.

Ideally, you would move in late August but if you absolutely need to move in sooner I can move out within a week. Our contract ends on November 29th 2019 and it’s unlikely my flatmates will extend but this may change. This arrangement would be perfect for someone moving to London and who needs a place to stay while they organise themselves.

£80 DEPOSIT! £600 per month INCLUDING BILLS (WIFI, TV licence, council tax, water, gas and electricity)! Fully furnished.
