Hello I’m Michael and I have a room to rent now in central Acton.

This flat has two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Shared fully furnished lounge and the kitchen has everything you need to cook and eat with.

Bills will be approximately £200 per month per person on top of rent, (gas electric, internet, tv licence, council tax. )
Bills will be shared equally, council tax, utilities etc.

On street parking is available with a permit (£150 approx per annum), you will always get a space somewhere on the street.

There are plenty of local amenities and travel options around the flat. Bars, cafes, shops, gyms etc. 3 close tube stations, Acton Town, Acton central, Acton mainline.
Westfield is a 25 min walk.

I’ve lived here for the past five years, I am the lead tenant, previous flatmate has just moved on, so I’m looking for somebody to take the room.
