Beautiful loft room for a good person :) 110pw

Hey,
We have a beautiful loft room going in a house that is mostly vegetarian/vegan but with a couple who aren't but they are as respectful as we are. We would prefer to keep it that way but can be swayed by a legend :)

It has a big garden with a small halfpipe in it and 5 hens which give us each a few eggs a week or so, we have a beehive at the end of the garden, Lola the dog (who could be immigrating in a few months) and Tom the cat.

We are currently some south africans, Italian, spanish, scottish, and a jordanian.
With 4 guys and 2 girls.

We are looking for 1 awesome person to take it for 110pw but we could possibly do a couple for 120. 2 weeks deposit up front, 2 weeks rent and when you move out you just give 2 weeks notice and your deposit covers the last 2 weeks rent.

We all chip in here and there to buy good amounts of eco cleaning products and toilet paper and things but it doesnt work out to much.

Comes with furniture on there but we can take anything out if you'd like and help you get anything in.

You can paint it if you would really like just please don't leave with it looking too crazy haha

We are 9 mins walk from acton central (overground) and about 15 from East and North Acton (Central).

There is a lidl, Iceland and morrisons about 13 mins walk away too and you can borrow my bicycle if you like too.
